RECRUITMENT OF TEACHING POSITIONS 2024 

1.  In case of any misinterpretation of information related to advertised posts and general terms & conditions in the online portal, the details published in the advertisement on Institute website shall be treated as final.

2.  Application fee will be payable through SBI – I collect online procedures only. The candidates are required to pay application fees through SBI Collect Portal before filling the online application form. (SB Collect Reference Number and date of payment will be required in online application form). The SBI Collect Receipt must be enclosed along with hard copy of application.

3. The recruitment process of advertised positions of Assistant Professor vide recruitment advertisement no. SPAB/RGO/Advt./2023/14 dated 11.02.2023 and Corrigendum Advertisement no. SPAB/RGO/Advt./2023-24/23 dated 18.10.2023 stands CANCELLED and the screening committee report (list of Provisionally Shortlisted / Not Shortlisted) published on institute website dated 14.12.2023 & 29.12.2023 is WITHDRAWN.

4.  Applicants Not Shortlisted as per the list published on institute website on 14.12.2023 and applicants Provisionally Shortlisted as per the list published on institute website dated 29.12.2023 for the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Architecture/Design/Planning & Allied Departments need to apply again and submit fresh online application and hard copy of application. However, they are not required to pay application fees again. They must enclose proof of earlier payment made (SBI Collect Receipt) along with hard copy of application form for application fees waiver.

5.  Candidates with Grade Point Average result should convert it into overall percentage.

6.  If applicant(s) wish to submit any additional information, he/she may submit the same with the hardcopy of application/ credentials.
